Original Samsung SDI Batteries — More Range, Longer Lifespan
The battery is the most expensive and crucial component of your e-chopper or e-scooter. Star-Biker exclusively offers original Samsung SDI lithium-ion batteries — with up to 2,600 charging cycles and model-specific tuning. Available in all common capacities: 30Ah (60V) for M1P and Chopper 6.0s Basic, 40Ah (60V/72V) for M1PS Knight, 45Ah (60V) for Bobber M8S Custom 45 km/h, 57Ah (60V) for Chopper 6.0s Premium.
All batteries are removable and can be charged from any 230V household outlet. Matching fast chargers (5A, 10A, 13A, 15A) — depending on the model and desired charging time. Always original, always compatible.
Controllers & Displays
555D Controller, BMS, TFT Cockpit — Spare Parts at Original Standard
For technical defects or upgrades, you will find the right spare and upgrade parts here. The 555D Controller is the heart of many Star-Biker models — as an original replacement with identical control logic. The Battery Management System (BMS) protects your battery from overcharging and deep discharge — a replacement is recommended after severe defects.
The exclusive TFT Multimedia Cockpit (for Chopper 6.0s Premium) with Bluetooth, CarPlay, and app connectivity is available as a spare part from Star-Biker — the only display model of its kind in the range. Suitable LCD and smart displays are available for all other models.

Delivery & Warranty
Fast Delivery — Warranty on all Original Parts
All accessories and spare parts are delivered by parcel or freight forwarder directly to Germany — depending on size and weight. Batteries and larger components by freight forwarder with appointment, small parts by parcel in 2–5 business days.
24 months warranty on batteries and motors. For all other original parts, the statutory warranty of 24 months applies. Installment payment via Klarna, purchase on account, and PayPal are also available for accessories.

That depends on the model. For the Chopper 6.0s, an upgrade from 30Ah (Basic) to 57Ah (Premium battery) is generally possible, provided the mounting fits. For other models, the battery size is often dictated by the housing. Contact our customer service for model-specific advice before purchasing.
The Samsung SDI cells in Star-Biker batteries are designed for up to 2,500–2,600 charging cycles — with daily charging, this corresponds to 7–10 years of operation. To maximize lifespan: do not discharge below 20%, do not charge in extreme cold, and store long-term at approximately 50% charge.
