Fill out our returns form — provide the order number, item, and reason. We will confirm within 24 hours and send you a return label. Please do not return items without prior registration.
Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Use our damage report form, describe the damage in detail and attach photos. We will take care of a solution as quickly as possible.
All Star-Biker vehicles have a 2-year statutory warranty. With one of our service packages, the warranty remains valid even after the statutory period has expired.
