The service packages apply to all Star-Biker e-choppers, e-scooters and cabin scooters. For specific models like the Chopper 6.0s or Bobber M8S Custom, model-specific maintenance intervals apply, which you receive upon purchase.

The service package can be purchased either with the vehicle or later — but no later than before the first scheduled package maintenance (12 months / 1,500 km). We recommend purchasing it directly with the vehicle, as the run-in service is a prerequisite for warranty preservation.

Yes — the run-in service (after 500 km or 6 months) is the basic prerequisite for all warranty claims and is performed separately. It is not included in the packages, but is necessary for the package to take effect.

Every package maintenance includes a complete in-depth check of all safety-relevant components: brakes, shock absorbers, steering, lighting, control electronics, as well as a BMS check with battery capacity test. All inspection points are digitally documented and sent to you as a service protocol.

The service package includes maintenance work, BMS check and original parts that arise during routine maintenance. Wear parts such as brake pads, tires or tubes are charged separately — but at preferential rates for package customers.

Yes — the service package is tied to the vehicle, not to the person. In the event of a resale, the remaining package can be transferred to the new owner. Please contact our team for the transfer.

An upgrade to a longer package is generally possible — please contact our team. You only pay the difference to the longer package. A downgrade is no longer possible after the package has started.
