24-month voluntary warranty on material and manufacturing defects for private use. Repair or replacement by authorized partners — fully documented.

Battery Function Warranty

Function warranty on the battery for 6 months. Covers manufacturing defects — not normal capacity loss due to aging or improper storage.

After each maintenance, you will receive a digital protocol — your proof for warranty preservation, for insurance, and for resale.

Electric vehicles require significantly less maintenance than internal combustion engines. Nevertheless, regular inspections ensure your warranty and long-term vehicle value.

What is not covered by the warranty

The same as with any other vehicle — normal wear and tear and external influences are not manufacturing defects.

Wear parts: tires, brakes, lamps, grips
Commercial use, rental, or delivery services
Damage from falls, accidents, or external force
Software interventions or third-party tuning
Damage from high-pressure cleaners or corrosion
Battery capacity loss due to natural aging
Installation of third-party components or non-original parts
Damage due to failure to provide maintenance records

24-month voluntary guarantee on frame and motor for private use — beyond the statutory warranty. For the battery, a separate functional guarantee of 6 months applies. Compliance with maintenance intervals is a prerequisite.

The initial inspection after 500 km or 6 months is the first check of your vehicle — like for a car after the running-in period. It is a prerequisite for the voluntary guarantee and can be booked separately — it is not included in the service packages.

Without a complete maintenance record, the claim to the voluntary guarantee expires. Maintenance must be carried out and documented on time by qualified personnel. With a service package, this is coordinated automatically.

No — the voluntary guarantee applies exclusively to private use. Commercial use such as rental, delivery services, or sharing leads to exclusion from the guarantee. The statutory warranty remains unaffected.

No — a service package is voluntary. You can also independently commission the maintenance from an authorized service partner. However, a service package significantly facilitates compliance with the intervals, as everything is coordinated automatically.

Yes — if you carry out the assembly professionally according to the instructions. Damage due to improper assembly is excluded from the guarantee. If you want to be on the safe side, book the assembly service.
