We are not perfect – but we are transparent. We are working to make our environmental measures measurable and comprehensible: annual sustainability report, transparent CO₂ balances, clear labeling of recycling content, and certifications according to independent environmental standards.

No – the return is completely free of charge. Shipping label, packaging, and disposal are covered by Star-Biker.
Our packaging consists of recycled paper cardboard boxes, paper padded bags, compostable packaging chips made from plant starch, biodegradable bubble wrap, and recyclable adhesive tape.
Yes – our specialized workshop is equipped for the maintenance of Star-Biker e-scooters, e-bikes, and cabin scooters. For smaller repairs, we also offer repair videos and spare parts in our shop.
Yes – we actively inform about funding opportunities and support you in applying. On our page about funding and subsidies, you will find all current programs.
We are working on partnerships with local and international environmental projects, more recycled materials in production and shipping, a take-back system for old devices and batteries, and more education on sustainable mobility in our community.

Sustainability at Star-Biker means more than emission-free driving. We take responsibility in all areas – from CO₂-neutral shipping and recyclable packaging to free battery recycling.
Emission-free in operation
All Star-Biker vehicles are 100% electric and emit no CO₂ during operation. With electricity costs of 2–3 € per month and a lifespan of many years, e-choppers and e-scooters are one of the most sustainable mobility solutions available.
Climate-neutral shipping
We work with logistics partners who offer certified CO₂ compensation. All emissions from shipping are offset by environmental projects. The packaging consists of recyclable materials: recycled paper, compostable chips, biodegradable film.
Battery recycling and take-back
We take back old or defective batteries free of charge. You receive a shipping label and suitable packaging – our recycling partners handle the certified disposal. This ensures no batteries end up in household waste.
Longevity and repairability
Our vehicles are designed for easy repair. Many components can be easily replaced. We offer a growing range of spare parts, repair videos, and a professional workshop service. Returned vehicles are reconditioned as refurbished models.
