The Chopper 6.0s is the best-selling E-Chopper — in 25 and 45 km/h versions, up to 120 km range, low-slung chassis with 17-inch rims. Ideal for beginners and frequent riders. The Bobber M8S Custom features a Bobber silhouette, wide tires, and up to 150 km range — in 45 and 85 km/h. The Chopper M1P Custom is the premium alternative with a more powerful engine. The Chopper M1PS Knight is designed for 85 and 125 km/h — fully road-legal even on rural roads. All models come with COC document and 24 months warranty.

SEVION Cabin Scooters — fully enclosed, weatherproof, all-year round
The SEVION Cabin Scooter is the only fully enclosed electric vehicle in the Star-Biker range. With doors, integrated heating, windshield wipers, electric windows, parking sensors, and a rearview camera, it is the ideal all-season vehicle — even in rain, cold, and snow.
As an L6e-BP light motor vehicle, the 25 km/h version SK3 can be used in Germany from the age of 15 with a moped license and insurance plate — no TÜV inspection, no vehicle tax. The SK4 with 45 km/h requires Class AM or Class B. Samsung SDI battery (52 Ah) for 71 km range, optional dual battery up to 142 km. Ideal for commuters, seniors, and anyone who wants to be mobile regardless of the weather.

Three-wheeled Electric Mobility Scooters — stable, low-license, suitable for everyday use
The three-wheeled electric mobility scooters offer maximum stability with three wheels — ideal for riders who prefer a secure stance over a conventional two-wheeler. TFT display, hydraulic disc brakes, and removable Samsung battery are standard.
The 25 km/h versions can be used in Germany from the age of 15 with a moped license and insurance plate — no TÜV inspection. The 45 km/h variants require Class AM or a Class B driving license. All electric mobility scooters come with a COC document and 24 months warranty on frame and motor.

25 km/h: Moped license from 15 years old — insurance plate from approx. €50/year, no TÜV inspection, no vehicle tax. Those born before April 1, 1965, can ride completely without a license. Range up to 160 km depending on the model.
45 km/h: Class AM or car driving license Class B — insurance plate from approx. €50/year, no TÜV inspection. Usable on all roads within town and rural roads up to 45 km/h. The most popular choice for commuters and everyday riders.

No — e-choppers up to 45 km/h are not allowed on the highway. The 85 and 125 km/h models are approved for interurban roads, but also not for the highway. For highway driving, a vehicle with a top speed of 130 km/h or more would be required.
Yes — the SEVION is equipped with integrated heating, windshield wipers, electric windows, and a fully enclosed cabin. It can be used even in rain, cold, and light snow. The range may slightly decrease in very cold temperatures, as with all electric vehicles.
