All current Star-Biker and SEVION models – from 25 km/h to 85 km/h, e-choppers to cabin scooters. All approved in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
All models come with complete service documents, wiring diagrams, and a spare parts catalog. For new models, documents are continuously added.
Frequently Asked Questions about the Service Partner Program
Yes — there is no admission fee, no monthly subscription, and no minimum turnover. You order spare parts at partner prices and are compensated for service orders based on effort in CHF. The partnership can be terminated at any time.
No. Mobile service technicians who directly serve customers on-site are just as welcome as stationary workshops. Technical know-how and reliability are important.
Remuneration is based on effort in CHF — you invoice your working hours and parts used. There is no cap. For warranty-relevant repairs, we coordinate directly with you.
You don't need to know all 35+ models. After onboarding, you will receive access to service manuals for all vehicles. Many components are similar across models — you'll get the hang of it after a few jobs.
After successful onboarding, you will appear on the service partner page of star-biker.com and star-biker.ch with your company name, location, scope of service, and contact details. Customers in your region will be directed directly to you.
The service partner program focuses on repair and maintenance. If you would like to sell vehicles in addition, this is possible through our dealer and location partner program — just talk to us.
As a service partner, you order parts directly through your personal contact person or the partner portal. Standard spare parts are usually available within 2–5 working days.
