Cancellation Policy
Information about your statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing from Star-Biker – in accordance with German distance selling law (§ 312g BGB).
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for online orders according to § 312g BGB. Exceptions apply to vehicles that have already been registered and driven.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or e-mail):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection by the consumer is decisive.
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 7 BGB, the right of withdrawal also does not apply to vehicles that cannot be returned after delivery due to their nature (e.g., vehicles that have already been registered and driven).
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.
Due to their size and weight, return by post is not possible. The return will be made by freight forwarder or personal return. You bear the direct costs of the return yourself and these can amount to several hundred euros depending on the distance.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
