Usually 3–5 business days after receipt of payment. For pre-orders or high demand, it may take a little longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your vehicle is on its way.
€29 for vehicles via freight forwarder. €7.95 for accessories and spare parts via parcel service. Cabin scooters and trailers: €199 special transport.

Yes - by arrangement, you can pick up your vehicle directly from us. If you pick it up, the packaging is not required and you can use the assembly service on site.

Star-Biker delivers e-scooters, e-choppers and cabin scooters throughout Germany and to over 20 European countries. Vehicle shipping within Germany: €29 via freight forwarder directly to your doorstep. Cabin scooters and motorcycle trailers: €199 special transport.
Delivery time and tracking
Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days after receipt of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
International shipping costs
EU Zone 1 (Austria, France, Italy, Spain, etc.): €59. Zone 2 (Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, UK, etc.): €149. For non-EU countries, additional customs duties may apply.
Accessories and spare parts
Accessories, spare parts and clothing by parcel service: €7.95 in Germany, €10.95 EU Zone 1, €14.95 Zone 2.
Assembly service from €159
On request, your vehicle will be delivered completely pre-assembled, checked and ready to ride — with complete assembly, final inspection, cleaning and packaging disposal. Optionally with personal handover and instruction.
