Frequently asked questions about shipping
Usually 3–5 business days after receipt of payment. For pre-orders or high demand, it may take a little longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your vehicle is on its way.

Shipping and delivery of e-scooters and e-choppers
Star-Biker delivers e-scooters, e-choppers, and cabin scooters throughout Germany and to over 20 European countries. Shipping within Germany costs €29 by freight forwarder directly to your door. For cabin scooters and motorcycle trailers, a special transport rate of €199 applies.
Delivery time and tracking
Delivery time is generally 3–5 business days after receipt of payment. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email – so you can keep an eye on your delivery at all times.
International shipping costs
For EU Zone 1 countries (Austria, France, Italy, Spain, and others), vehicle shipping costs €59. For Zone 2 countries and third countries (Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom, and others), €149 applies. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties may apply.
Accessories and spare parts
Accessories, spare parts, and clothing are shipped via parcel service (DHL or DPD): €7.95 within Germany, €10.95 to EU Zone 1 countries, and €14.95 to Zone 2 countries and third countries.
Assembly service from €159
On request, your vehicle will be delivered fully pre-assembled, inspected, and ready to ride. The professional assembly service includes complete assembly, inspection of all components, final check, cleaning, and disposal of packaging. Optionally with personal handover and instruction.
