Unlike e-choppers and e-scooters, they protect you in all weather conditions — doors, integrated heating, windshield wipers and a reversing camera are standard. Ideal for commuters, seniors, and anyone who wants to remain reliably mobile even in rain, cold, and wind.
Depending on the model and speed class, they can be driven with a moped test certificate (25 km/h) or Class AM / B license (45 km/h) — no TÜV, no vehicle tax. All models come with a COC document and are delivered directly to Germany from €29.

Driving license & registration
No TÜV, no vehicle tax — how registration works
25 km/h: Moped test certificate from 15 years old — insurance plate from approx. €50/year, no TÜV, no vehicle tax. Those born before April 1, 1965, can drive completely without a license. Simplest and cheapest registration class.
45 km/h: Driving license class AM or car driving license class B is sufficient — insurance plate from approx. €50–80/year, no TÜV, no vehicle tax. For anyone who wants to travel on country roads or prefers faster city driving.
Registration is done via an insurance plate — no visit to the registration office is necessary. Star-Biker provides the COC document with every vehicle.

All cabin scooters in the Star-Biker range come standard with: integrated heating (heater fan), reversing camera with display, parking sensors, electric windows, panoramic roof, TFT display, full LED lighting and keyless drive. Charging at any 230V household socket — without a wallbox or charging infrastructure.
The removable 60V lithium battery (52 Ah) offers a range of up to 71 km — with the optional dual battery (104 Ah) up to 140 km. Charging time approx. 5–6 hours. Brushless electric motor up to 3 kW for quiet, direct acceleration in city traffic.
