Register return
Before returning the goods, please contact us — fastest via our return form. You can also contact us by email (info@star-biker.com) or by letter (Schwimmbadstr. 2, 5210 Windisch, Switzerland). Please always provide the order number, date of purchase, model name, reason for return, and condition of the goods.
Prepare return shipment
Where possible, pack the goods in their original carton with stable outer packaging. Enclose a copy of the invoice and state whether you wish a refund, an exchange, or another solution.
Shipping
You can send the return with a shipping service provider of your choice. We strongly recommend insured shipping — this protects you in case of loss or damage during transport. You bear the costs yourself. Unpaid packages will not be accepted.
Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt of your return, we will carefully inspect the goods. A refund is only possible if the product is received unused, complete, and in its original packaging. If you paid by bank transfer or instant bank transfer, please provide your bank details in the form.
