At Star-Biker, we attach great importance to quality and customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, it can happen that an ordered e-chopper, e-scooter, electric scooter or another accessory does not meet your expectations. In this case, we offer you a statutory 14-day return policy.

To ensure your return is processed quickly and smoothly, please contact us beforehand — via the return form, email or letter. This is the only way we can correctly assign your request and ensure prompt processing.

Please follow this order — this is the only way we can correctly assign and promptly process your return.

Register return

Before returning the goods, please contact us — the fastest way is via our return form. You can also contact us by email (info@star-biker.com) or by letter (Schwimmbadstr. 2, 5210 Windisch, Switzerland). Please always include the order number, date of purchase, model name, reason for return and condition of the goods.

Prepare return shipment

If possible, pack the goods in the original box and use sturdy outer packaging so that they arrive undamaged. Please also include a copy of the invoice and state whether you would like a refund, an exchange or another solution.

Shipping

You can return the goods with a shipping service provider of your choice. We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping to be covered in case of loss or damage. You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself. Please note that unpaid parcels cannot be accepted.

Inspection & Refund

After receiving your return, we will carefully inspect the goods. A refund is only possible if the product is returned to us unused, complete and in its original packaging. If you paid by prepayment, instant bank transfer or cash on delivery, please provide your bank details in the form so that we can arrange the refund as quickly as possible.

The return period begins the day after receipt of the goods. You therefore have 14 full days to declare the withdrawal. The withdrawal must reach us within this period.

No — returns are only possible if the goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. In case of significant signs of use or missing original packaging, we will have to deduct an amount from the refund.

You, as the buyer, bear the costs of the return yourself. Since e-choppers and e-scooters are considered freight, return shipping costs are higher than for normal parcels. We recommend obtaining a quote from a shipping company in advance.

After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the purchase price as quickly as possible using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you paid by bank transfer, please enter your bank details in the returns form.

After receipt, we carefully check the goods. A refund is only possible if the product is unused, complete, and in its original packaging. If you paid by bank transfer or instant bank transfer, please provide your bank details in the form.

Defect or transport damage?

A defect is not a return, but a complaint. In this case, please use the damage report form — with a description of the error and photos. Our service team will work with you to find the quickest solution.
