The Star-Biker Chopper 6.0s (also known as Luqi HL6.0) is the best-selling e-chopper in the Star-Biker range. Low chassis, 17-inch alloy wheels, exposed motor — a vehicle that stands out, even without an internal combustion engine. Available as Basic (30Ah battery, up to 120 km) and Premium (57Ah battery, TFT multimedia cockpit with Bluetooth and CarPlay).
Both variants are available in 25 km/h (moped license) and 45 km/h (Class AM or car driver's license Class B). COC document, 24 months warranty and insurance plate registration without TÜV included.
Driving License & Registration
Car driving license is sufficient — no TÜV, no official license plate
45 km/h Version: A Class B car driving license or Class AM scooter license is fully sufficient — no motorcycle course, no additional examination. Insurance license plate from approx. 50 €/year, no TÜV, no vehicle tax. Star-Biker supplies the COC document — no visit to the registration office necessary.
25 km/h Version: Moped license (from 15 years) + insurance plate. Those born before April 1, 1965, drive completely without a license. The cheapest and most uncomplicated registration option for the Chopper 6.0s.

Double hydraulic disc brake at the front, robust suspension fork, double spring seat post at the rear for maximum riding comfort.
Premium Upgrade: 57Ah battery (almost double capacity), 10A fast charger, and the exclusive TFT Multimedia Cockpit — color display with Bluetooth, CarPlay, app connectivity (iOS/Android), OTA updates, music control and navigation capability. This cockpit is exclusively available from Star-Biker and installed as standard.
