Yes, Uber Eats explicitly accepts deliveries by scooter. With a Star-Biker e-chopper (25–45 km/h), you meet the requirements, provided you have a valid driver's license and a registration certificate Part I.

Electric scooters up to 45 km/h are extremely cheap to maintain. You only need an insurance plate, which costs only about 30 to 50 Euros annually. In addition, there are no vehicle taxes.
The B196 regulation, in effect since 2020, allows driving 125cc e-scooters up to 11 kW with a car driving license (Class B). You must be at least 25 years old, have held the B license for 5 years, and complete a short training course without an exam.
