For your new e-vehicle, we take care of defined maintenance and service tasks – transparent, predictable and without hidden costs. You focus on riding, we take care of the service.

The Star-Biker service package is exclusively available for new vehicles from the Star-Biker range.
It includes the service and maintenance work defined in the package and ensures full cost transparency over the entire term.
Scope of services (according to selected package):

Mobile Service & Partner Workshops
Our service network is regionally organized and mobile.
Depending on the location, service is provided by our mobile team or by certified Star-Biker service partners. This means you benefit from short distances, flexible appointments and professional handling.

Warranty & Service – clearly separated
Repairs within the framework of the statutory or manufacturer's warranty are independent of this and are, of course, handled according to the respective warranty conditions.
The service package supplements the warranty with planned maintenance and service.
Safe, flexible and predictable on the road
With the Star-Biker service package, your vehicle will remain in technically perfect condition in the long term – without surprises and with clearly defined services.
The activation of the service package requires the completion of the one-time break-in service (after approx. 500 km or at the latest 6 months). This service is not part of the service package and will be charged separately.
